Wanda Porter is an abstract artist with over four decades of dedicated experience in painting. She captures the essence of nature through her colours, brush strokes, and movement. Wanda's artistic journey flourished at York University, where she honed her craft and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts. She focused her artistry on printmaking, including lithography, etching, and drawing. Furthering her passion for both art and education, she pursued her Bachelor of Education at the University of Toronto, equipping herself with the skills to not only create but also impart her knowledge to aspiring artists.

With a teaching tenure spanning over 35 years, Wanda has not only inspired countless students but has also continually evolved her own artistic expression. Her work is characterized by abstracted viewpoints of natural scenes, where she skillfully merges the ethereal beauty of landscapes with her unique interpretation.
